1. What This Is

Big Swing'n Picks ("BSP," "we," "us") provides sports analytics, predictive picks, and research tools through bspicks.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. Not Financial Advice

Our picks are analytical opinions generated by a three-layer predictive algorithm. They are not guarantees, not financial advice, and not a substitute for your own judgment. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place based on our analysis.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Purchases & Refunds

Individual picks and subscription plans are billed at checkout. Payments are processed by Authorize.Net. All sales are final once premium analysis has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—no partial refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All picks, analysis, algorithm methodology, and content on BSP are our intellectual property. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish our premium content. Personal use only.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't:

  • Scrape, bot, or automate access to the Service
  • Redistribute premium content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithm
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another user

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

BSP is provided "as is." We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or availability. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any losses from wagering decisions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice.
