Big Swing'n Picks does not directly handle your payment information.
All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors:

5. All Sales Final
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
Due to the nature of our digital information products, all purchases of picks, subscriptions, and access to premium content are non-refundable. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the content, which cannot be "returned."
Limited Exceptions: Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
- Failure to receive purchased content due to system errors
- Promotional guarantees explicitly stated in writing
