- Individual Picks: Single premium sports analytics picks ($4.99 each)
- Weekly Subscriptions: Full access to all premium content ($19.99/week)
- Boosters Club Monthly: Premium membership with all access ($39.98/month)
All products are delivered instantly upon purchase as digital content. Once accessed, this content cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
2. All Sales Final
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will receive immediate access to digital content
- The content delivered is exactly as described on our platform
- Our picks and analysis are opinion-based and not guaranteed to be accurate
- You accept full responsibility for your decision to purchase
- No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction with pick outcomes
Important: The outcome of a sporting event (whether our pick wins or loses) is NOT grounds for a refund. Our service provides analysis and opinions, not guaranteed results.
3. Limited Exceptions
While all sales are final, we may consider refunds or credits in the following exceptional circumstances:
Technical Errors
- Duplicate charges for the same purchase
- System errors resulting in incorrect billing amounts
- Failed content delivery due to platform errors (not user error)
Event Cancellations
- If a sporting event referenced in a purchased pick is cancelled entirely (not postponed)
- Credit may be issued at our discretion for future purchases
Promotional Guarantees
- Specific promotions may include satisfaction guarantees as explicitly stated
- Such guarantees are valid only for the stated promotion period
- Terms of any promotion will be clearly communicated at time of offer
4. Subscription Cancellations
If you have an active subscription, you may cancel at any time:
- Cancellation Timing: You can cancel at any point during your billing cycle
- Access Until Expiration: You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
- No Partial Refunds: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused subscription time
- Auto-Renewal: Cancellation prevents automatic renewal at the next billing cycle

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Why Contact Us First:
- We can often resolve issues more quickly than a formal dispute process
- We will work with you to find a fair resolution
- Chargebacks may result in your account being suspended
Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase where you received the content constitutes fraud. Such actions may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
6. Requesting Exception Review
If you believe your situation qualifies for one of our limited exceptions, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase:

- Your account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date and amount of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

- Bank Timing: Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit
- Access Revocation: Upon refund, access to purchased content will be revoked
